Referrals
In addition to receiving referrals from physicians, we also get referrals from other dentists when restoration problems are so complex that the additional training of a neuromuscular dentist is needed.
If you have a patient that you would like to refer to our office either for consultation or treatment, feel free to print out and use the referral slip below.

Seminars
If you are a member of a professional study club or similar group and would like to have Dr. Hemingway or Dr. Reber talk to your members about diagnosis and treatment of Temporomandibular disorder (TMD), treating advanced occlusion problems, or similar topics, please feel free to contact our office to speak with us personally about your needs.
Dr. Hemingway and Reber are licensed by the Dental Board of California as Registered Continuing Education Providers and can provide up to 8 hours of continuing education credits (CEUs) per day for you and your group.
