The Aging Face
Aging occurs because of free radicals and gravity. People always seeking for the "fountain of youth" are aware of the value of antioxidents in tieing up free radicals to slow the aging process, but what can be done about gravity? Research has shown that 2/3 of the aging of your face takes place between the nose and the chin (the mouth). As you age, your teeth wear down and your bite collapses; consequently, your chin moves up closer to your nose while the rest of your face is pulled down by gravity. This accentuates the wrinkles and frown lines of the lower face. Often times people are unable to smile with the corners of their mouth turning down rather than turning up because of this tooth structure loss. Using advanced neuromuscular technology, we can rejuvenate your teeth and reposition your lower jaw (bite) so that your muscles are relaxed and your appearence is younger and more vibrant.
